Follow this quick guide to easily set up an auto-forward rule and keep repricing your Westpac clients through Sherlok.
⚠️Sherlok is unable to proceed with your Westpac group reprice without receiving the OneTimePasscode within 10 minutes.
- Create an auto-forward rule for emails with a subject line: One-time verification passcode - Brokerhub coming from noreply@broker.hub.westpac.com.au to the nominated email address, to go to reprice@sherlok.com.au
ℹ️ Note: Some email provider settings may restrict forwarding to external addresses as default. To avoid this, ensure that forwarding to external emails is enabled.

How will Sherlok determine the correct OTP to use?
- Each BrokerHub login requires a new One-Time Passcode, regardless of the device used.
- Multiple devices can access BrokerHub simultaneously, provided a valid One-Time Passcode is entered for each login.
- Each One-Time Passcode can’t be used more than once and will expire after 10 minutes or once it has been utilised.
- Our automation system can accurately match a login attempt with the corresponding OTP received in our mailbox.
