- Why am I getting an email saying my Sherlok profile is inactive?
If you haven’t logged in to Sherlok for 48–72 hours and you have loans sitting in the Reprices module, the system will automatically send you an email reminding you to take action. - Why does Sherlok say my profile has been paused due to inactivity?
If you’ve had loans sitting in the Queued for Approval section for more than 21 days, Sherlok will show a message prompting you to log in and take action. - How do I keep my profile active and up to date?
Here are the key actions we recommend doing weekly to keep things running smoothly:
- Clear your Queued for Approval list:
Log in weekly to either approve or postpone your reprices. Here's how to do it.
- Update your lender credentials:
This keeps your repricing journey seamless and uninterrupted. Here's how to do it.
- Check your Requires Action menu:
This ensures paused reprices are resumed and nothing slips through the cracks. Here's how to do it.
- Manage your Lender Response section:
Clearing this out helps keep your clients informed and ensures they stay in Sherlok’s predictive model.
