How to Move a Client from Lender Response to Completed in Sherlok
Easily mark a reprice as completed without notifying the client. Select your template, then move to "Completed" in just a few clicks.
If a client is currently in the Lender Response tab in Sherlok, you can move them to the Completed tab by either sending a lender response email or updating their status manually.
📨 Option 1: Send a Lender Response Email
- Click View Email.
- Choose your preferred email template.
- Decide whether to Include or Exclude Comparisons based on your assessment.
* Before including comparisons, check whether the loan is outside the clawback period to ensure compliance. - Click Send to email the client and automatically move them to Completed.
🛠️ Option 2: Move Without Sending an Email
If you do not want to email the client:
- Click View Email.
- In the email template dropdown, select Move to Completed.
- This will update the client's status without sending an email.
