How to Move a Client from Lender Response to Completed in Sherlok

Easily mark a reprice as completed without notifying the client. Select your template, then move to "Completed" in just a few clicks.

If a client is currently in the Lender Response tab in Sherlok, you can move them to the Completed tab by either sending a lender response email or updating their status manually.
 

📨 Option 1: Send a Lender Response Email

  1. Click View Email.
  2. Choose your preferred email template.
  3. Decide whether to Include or Exclude Comparisons based on your assessment.
    * Before including comparisons, check whether the loan is outside the clawback period to ensure compliance.
  4. Click Send to email the client and automatically move them to Completed.

🛠️ Option 2: Move Without Sending an Email

      If you do not want to email the client:
  1. Click View Email.
  2. In the email template dropdown, select Move to Completed.
  3. This will update the client's status without sending an email.
