  1. Enable Forwarding to an External Email Address: Some Microsoft security settings may restrict forwarding to external addresses. To avoid this, ensure that forwarding to external emails is enabled.
  2. Set Up Your Auto-Forwarding Rule: Follow the steps to create an auto-forwarding rule, whether you're using Outlook Desktop or Outlook Web. Once set up, all lender pricing results will automatically forward to Sherlok at reprice@sherlok.com.au, so you can focus on what matters.
