How do I cancel a reprice?

Streamline your workflow by efficiently managing active repricing requests. With intuitive tools designed for ease of use, handling repricing has never been simpler or more effective!

Brokers can cancel a reprice request at any time through the platform:

📝 Only In progress reprices approved using Send Client Portal method can be cancelled.

  1. Navigate to the Reprices section in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the In Progress tab to view active repricing requests.
  3. Locate the client whose reprice you wish to cancel.
  4. Click the X button next to the client’s name to cancel the request.

 🚨 If the "X" button is not present, it means Sherlok has submitted the reprice to the lender. In this case, it will be completed shortly.
