Restart or resubmit a reprice: In Progress
Easily restart a pricing request in Sherlok by postponing its date. Follow these steps to move it from "In Progress" to "Completed."
If you need to restart a pricing request currently marked as "In Progress", follow these steps:
- Locate the Loan
Find the pricing request under the "In Progress" tab. - Click the Orange Cross Button
Select the orange cross button next to the request. - Choose a New Date
In the pop-up, select Postpone and choose a date after today. - Confirm the Action
Click Confirm to apply the changes. The request will now move to the "Completed" section.
🚨 If the "X" button is not present, it means Sherlok has submitted the reprice to the lender. In this case, it will be completed shortly.
Manually Triggering Reprices
You can manually trigger a reprice for the client in the Clients section.

Navigate to the Clients Section
On the left-hand panel, click Clients to access your client list. -
Search for the Client
Use the search bar to locate the client by entering their name, phone number, email, co-applicant, or guarantor details. -
Select Reprice
Once you've found the client, click the Reprice button in the Actions menu on the right-hand side. -
Choose Data Collection Method
Select your preferred data collection process from the options provided. -
Submit Your Request
Click Submit to finalise the repricing process.
