How to Restart an "In Progress" Request Awaiting Customer Response
To move it from "Collecting Data – Customer Portal: Pending Customer Action", follow the steps below to restart the request using a different data collection method.
If you need to restart a pricing request currently marked as "In Progress", follow these steps:
- Locate the Loan
Find the pricing request under the "In Progress" tab. - Click the Orange Restart Reprice Button
Select the orange Restart Reprice button next to the request. - Select a Data Collection Method
In the pop-up, select the Data Collection method you prefer. You can also make changes to Property and Loan information here. - Confirm the Action
Click Submit to restart the repricing process.
📝 In the In Progress tab, you can only restart reprices which were submitted using Send Client Portal method.
