How do I resubmit a reprice?

 
In order to resubmit a loan for repricing you must first ensure that the loan is in the completed tab (see below) and manually trigger Sherlok to reprice. 
 

 

Moving to Completed

If the client is in Lender Response, they can be moved to Completed by sending the client a lender response email
 
If you do not want to send the client an email, you can move the reprice to completed yourself. 
 
To do this, Click Preview & Send Email > Include / Exclude Comparisons > Move to Completed. See below. 
 

Manually Triggering Reprices

You can manually trigger a reprice for the client in the Clients section. 

 

In the Clients section on the left hand nav panel, use the search function to find the client by name, phone number, email, co-applicant or guarantor, and click the reprice button in the right-hand side actions menu. See below.
