My app password is missing in Office 365

If the App Password is missing inside your office 365, please follow the steps below. 

 

Log in to Office 365 Admin Center > Users > Active Users. 

 

 

Click Multi-factor authentication.

 

 

Click the account you want an App password for > Enable

 

 

Click Enforce.

 

You will now have the ability to create an App password.
