Keep your Sherlok Profile Active

Keep your Sherlok Profile Active

This covers information as to when the system identifies that your profile is inactive, what happens during your inactive profile status, and how to get your profile active.

Why am I receiving an email stating that my Sherlok profile is inactive?

If you fail to log in to your Sherlok profile within 48/72 hours and have loans sitting in QA/RA/Lender response, the system will send you an email asking you to act.

Why am I encountering an error message indicating my Sherlok has been paused due to inactivity?

If you have had loans in QA in the last three weeks (21 days), the system will present a message for you to take action.

How do I get rid of this?

Use the recommendation provided in the email notification or the error message in your Sherlok Repricing tab.
