How do I upload my Commission Files

We recommend uploading your commission reports as you receive them and Sherlok will match your data from your CRM. Any unmatched data will be available in the Loans with Missing Data feature allowing you to fill in the missing details and convert it to a client.

• What should my commission report look like? (Connective)

  The Commission Report can be downloaded directly from Mercury. Sherlok requires commission reports in the header format below.

• I have completed the onboarding wizard; how long does it take for my data to upload?

  Your data will take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to properly onboard. 

• If I add clients from a previous aggregator to my current CRM, will Sherlok be able to import it?

  No, Sherlok needs to match the basic details found in the CRM with data accessed on the original commission report.

• How does Sherlok know if a loan has been discharged?

  Sherlok relies on the Discharge/Inactive status from Flex. Our development team is currently working on a solution that will mark a loan as discharged if the commission has not been paid for two consecutive months. This fix is in progress.

• Why are some of my clients missing?
