New Feature: Loans with Missing Data

Sometimes when Sherlok pulls through the brokers loans from their CRM data, the applicant names and property details are missing. Previously, Sherlok would hide these loans from the broker's view. However, the Sherlok team have built a new feature that highlights the missing loans to the broker, allowing them to backfill the missing information. This process enables Sherlok to service the loan properly. 

You will now notice a second tab in your Clients menu, "Loans with Missing Data". This will highlight any missing loans. 

Clicking the "Edit" button allows you to fill in the missing gaps. Once completed, the loan will be promoted to the regular clients section. 

Once completed, click one of the 3 buttons below to Save or Convert. 

Please note that you must ensure your latest commission report is uploaded for this feature to work properly.
