Client portal link not working

How can I resend the Client Portal link to my Client

Resending the Client Portal Invitation link is a great option if clients: 
  1. Experiencing an issue with the portal
  2. Have changed their email address
  3. Can't find the initial email

Step 1: Cancel the Reprice

Brokers can cancel a reprice at any time. To do this, click Reprices > In progress > Find the client and click the X button. See below. 

Step 2: Manually Trigger the Reprice

In the Clients section on the left hand nav panel, use the search function to find the client and click the reprice button in the right-hand side actions menu. See below.
