In most cases, clients will not be notified when a reprice request is triggered. However, depending on the lender, they may need to contribute to the repricing process.
This can be as simple as inputting their postcode or as complex as needing to sign a form allowing their mortgage to be repriced.
In any case, correspondence is branded by you (the broker), and nothing gets sent to the client without your permission and approval.
