Why was my client’s reprice cancelled?

When a reprice is cancelled, it could be due to a cancellation by the broker or by the system (Sherlok). If Sherlok cancels the reprice, you can easily find the reason in the comments section. Follow these steps to review the details:

1. Locate the Reprice: Navigate to the Reprices module and search for the specific reprice you want to review.
   
2. Access Comments: Click the message/chat bubble icon.
   
3. View Details: A dialogue box will appear, displaying a summary of the loan details and any comments or reasons provided during the repricing process.
