Upgrade/Downgrade Your Subscription Plan
Effortlessly adjust your Sherlok subscription to fit your current needs. This guide walks you through upgrading or downgrading your plan, including selecting payment frequency, reviewing plan details, and finalising with a quick payment update.

Log in to Sherlok.

Click on your profile picture or name in the top-right corner to open the drop-down menu.

Select Billing and Subscriptions to view available plans, including pricing and features.

Toggle between Pay Monthly or Pay Annually to choose your preferred payment frequency.

Select the plan you’d like to upgrade or downgrade to, then click to proceed with your new subscription.

A pop-up will show a breakdown of your plan change details.

Click Submit. If you don’t have a valid credit card on file, select Add Credit Card to enter your payment details.
