Sending Information from Instant Apply to Flex and Broker Engine

This guide walks you through how to push an Instant Apply application into your CRM.

Once you’ve collected all the required client information in Instant Apply, you can send it directly to Flex and Broker Engine. 

 

Before You Start 

  • Before completing these steps, we recommend disconnecting and reconnecting your Suite 360 integration.

    This ensures the integration between Sherlok and AFG systems is enabled and working correctly. 

Step-by-Step Guide 

Step 1: Open Your Instant Apply Application 

  • Open the Instant Apply application you want to send to your CRM. 

Step 2: Select Product Search 

  • Within the application, navigate to Product Search

Step 3: Add a New Scenario 

  • Click Add New Scenario and give the scenario a name. 

Step 4: Choose a Scenario Type 

  • Click Add, then select the appropriate scenario type: 

    * New Purchase, or 
    * Refinance 

Step 5: Customise Your Scenario (Optional) 

  • Build out the desired loan structure for your client if required. 

Step 6: Send the Scenario to Your CRM 

  1. Click Run Comparison 
  2. Select the scenario you want to send 
  3. Click Send to CRM 

Your application data will now be sent to Flex and Broker Engine
