Restart or resubmit a reprice: Lender Response

Learn how to move a client from Lender Response to Completed in Sherlok by sending a lender response email or updating the status manually.

If a client is in the Lender Response stage, you can move them to Completed by sending them a lender response email.

Option 1: Send a Lender Response Email

  1. Click "View Email".
  2. Select your preferred email template, "Include or Exclude Comparisons".
  3. Click "Send" to finalise by emailing the client.

Option 2: Move Without Sending an Email

If you prefer not to send an email to the client:

  1. Click View Email.
  2. On the select your preferred email template field, select "Move to Completed".

Manually Triggering Reprices

You can manually trigger a reprice for the client in the Clients section. 

  1. Navigate to the Clients Section
    On the left-hand panel, click Clients to access your client list.

  2. Search for the Client
    Use the search bar to locate the client by entering their name, phone number, email, co-applicant, or guarantor details.

  3. Select Reprice
    Once you've found the client, click the Reprice button in the Actions menu on the right-hand side.

  4. Choose Data Collection Method
    Select your preferred data collection process from the options provided.

  5. Submit Your Request
    Click Submit to finalise the repricing process.
