If I choose manual data collection how do I collect the data?

Just like you would have collected it the old way, you need to contact the lender. You can either call them or, for some lenders, you can log into their portal to collect. 

 

If you log in to collect loan data from lender portals, you might be tempted to complete the reprice while you're there. If you do this, you will interrupt the Sherlok algorithm which will mean that Sherlok will no longer be able to perform any further tasks for that pricing request such as automotive escalation, apply the pricing outcome, prepare the pricing outcome email for the client, or scan the market for refi lead opportunities.
