How to turn Client Portal email reminders On/Off
Take control of your client communications by disabling email reminders for all clients through our platform.
Brokers can easily disable email reminders for all clients within the platform. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Click your broker name or profile icon in the dashboard's top-right corner.
- Select Control Panel from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to the email reminders settings and toggle the option to off.
This will ensure that email reminders are no longer sent out to clients. For visual guidance, refer to the example below.
