How to Manually Trigger a Reprice
If you need to initiate a reprice for a client outside of the automated process, Sherlok allows you to manually trigger it directly from the Clients section of your dashboard.
Follow the steps below to complete the process:- Navigate to the Clients Section
From the left-hand navigation panel, click on Clients to access your full client list. -
Search for the Client. Use the search bar at the top of the page to locate the client.
You can search by:
• Client's Name
• Lender Name
• Lender loan number
• Application reference number - Once you’ve found the client, click the Reprice Now on the right-hand side.
- Choose the Data Collection Method
Sherlok will prompt you to choose how you'd like to collect loan data.
Select the most appropriate method based on your preference.
📝 Note: The Data Collection Options will be replaced with Ready to Submit if the loans are monitored via the Lender Portal or Open Banking.
5. After selecting the data collection method, click Submit to trigger the reprice process.
