How to Restart an "In Progress" Request Awaiting Customer Response

To move it from "Collecting Data – Customer Portal: Pending Customer Action", follow the steps below to restart the request using a different data collection method.

If you need to restart a pricing request currently marked as "In Progress", follow these steps:

  1. Locate the Loan
    Find the pricing request under the "In Progress" tab.


  2. Click the Orange Restart Reprice Button
    Select the orange Restart Reprice button next to the request.



  3. Select a Data Collection Method
    In the pop-up, select the Data Collection method you prefer. You can also make changes to Property and Loan information here.

  4. Confirm the Action
    Click Submit to restart the repricing process.


📝 In the In Progress tab, you can only restart reprices which were submitted using Send Client Portal method.
