Brokers can personalise the email content sent to clients by selecting between two options: emails with included comparisons or excluded comparisons. Here’s how to customise your email content:
- Access the Reprices Module: Go to the Reprices section in the platform.
- Locate the Lender Response Menu: Find the specific reprice request for which you want to send an email. Then, click "View Email".
- Select Email Type: Toggle between "Include Comparisons" or "Exclude Comparisons" to choose the email format that best fits your client’s needs.
