Reviewing your CBA clients in Sherlok
Streamline your CBA repricing with Sherlok, a secure solution that meets CBA’s security expectations by eliminating the need for delegate access or storing lender credentials.
Sherlok will continuously track and identify clients who may need a reprice and queue them for your review, allowing you to decide whether or not to initiate the reprice within the system. Follow these step-by-step instructions to reprice your CBA loans efficiently and securely:
ℹ️ This reprice will not count towards your plan's available reprices.
- Log in to Sherlok
Access your Sherlok account. - Navigate to the Reprices or Clients Module
On the left panel, click on Clients / Reprices to initiate a reprice. - Trigger CBA reprices:
- Click Reprice now.
- Review the loan data pre-populated in Sherlok using your CommBroker portal by clicking on "Go to Commonwealth Bank Portal"
ℹ️ If your client has an active RateTraker consent, the loan details will be up-to-date and locked.
- From there, log in with your credentials and search for the client’s loan data.
⚠️ It is crucial to ensure that loan data is accurate and up to date before repricing. If this information is incorrect, it may negatively affect the reprice outcome.
- Input all required loan data in Sherlok.
- For fixed loans, the maturity date if missing
- For fixed loans within the 3 months repricing window, input the initial revert rate offered by CBA
- In the CBA Portal, follow the standard procedure in submitting a reprice using their HLPT tool.
- By clicking on "View Competitive Products," you can access a selection of interest rates offered by other lenders.

- Once the pricing has been lodged by yourself, click "I have submitted the reprice to Commonwealth Bank."
ℹ️If auto-forwarding is set up, the lender's response will be automatically forwarded, and the reprice outcome should be received within three (3) business days.
👉 Once the Pricing Approval PDF document is forwarded to reprice@sherlok.com.au, the further discount will be updated in Sherlok.
⚠️ If Sherlok hasn't received a Pricing Approval PDF within 5 business days, the reprice will be completed assuming that CBA did not offer further discount.
- Once updated in Sherlok, you can send your clients a reprice outcome email as usual.
