Can I schedule a future reprice?

Streamline client management by setting future reprice dates. This feature allows you to efficiently prioritise client repricing and stay organised, ensuring timely follow-ups and improved service.

Brokers have the option to set a future reprice date for the client. Follow the step-by-step process below:
  1. Log in to Your Account: Access your platform account with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Clients Menu: Locate the Clients menu in the left-hand navigation panel and click on it.

  3. Find the Desired Client: Use the search bar within the Clients menu to locate the specific client by name, email, or other identifying details.

  4. Open the Actions Menu: Once the client is located, go to the Actions menu on the right-hand side of their entry.

  5. Click the Cog Icon: Click on the cog icon to reveal additional options.
