Brokers have the option to set a future reprice date for the client. Follow the step-by-step process below:
- Log in to Your Account: Access your platform account with your credentials.
- Navigate to the Clients Menu: Locate the Clients menu in the left-hand navigation panel and click on it.
- Find the Desired Client: Use the search bar within the Clients menu to locate the specific client by name, email, or other identifying details.
- Open the Actions Menu: Once the client is located, go to the Actions menu on the right-hand side of their entry.
- Click the Cog Icon: Click on the cog icon to reveal additional options.
- Set the Reprice Date: Select a future reprice date from the available options and confirm your selection.
This process ensures you can schedule repricing in advance, helping you manage client priorities efficiently.
