Can I change the lender information in the Include Comparisons email?
You can modify lender information within your email templates. See the step-by-step guide below:
- Log in to your Sherlok account.
- Click on your Broker Name in the right-hand corner.
- Select "Control Panel" from the drop-down menu.
- Navigate to the Email Template Editor.
- Choose the "Email WITH refinance comparisons (lender approved reprice) or (lender declined reprice)" template from the drop-down menu.
- Locate the Refi comparison template and tick the box labeled "2."
