Can I change the lender information in the Include Comparisons email?

You can modify lender information within your email templates. See the step-by-step guide below:

  1. Log in to your Sherlok account.
  2. Click on your Broker Name in the right-hand corner.
  3. Select "Control Panel" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Navigate to the Email Template Editor.
  5. Choose the "Email WITH refinance comparisons (lender approved reprice) or (lender declined reprice)" template from the drop-down menu.
  6. Locate the Refi comparison template and tick the box labeled "2."
