Why are some of my clients missing?

Why are some of my clients missing?

Sherlok may not be able to match 100% of your loan book. This is usually due to these four reasons:
  1. You have a purchased loan book - Depending on your aggregator, Sherlok may not be able to import orphan clients.
  2. You have switched aggregators - Currently, Sherlok can only import clients from your existing aggregator.
  3. Sherlok cannot match the details from your commission file to your CRM.
  4. There is critical information missing in your CRM that is essential for Sherlok to reprice.
