Macquarie Support Staff

We will assign a person to manage your Macquarie reprices for you as part of your current subscription, free of charge. Here’s how you can provide your Sherlok agent access to your Broker Portal. If you haven't already received your agent's details, please email brokersupport@sherlok.com.au.


Step 1: Create an email address for your brokerage:
  1. Create an email address such as portaladmin@yourbusiness.com.au to exclusively use for Sherlok delegate profiles. This email will also be used for future lenders who require support staff to have their own credentials.
  2. You need to set up an auto-forward rule for all received emails to be sent to brokerportaladmin@sherlok.com.au.

Rather than creating a new mailbox, your email provider should already provide an alternative solution free of charge:
Microsoft Office - set up a Shared Mailbox and configure forwarding
Google Workspace - set up a Google Group and configure forwarding
Standard Internet email - set up an alias and configure forwarding

Step 2: Add a support staff:

  1. Log in to the Broker Portal using your existing Macquarie I.D.

      2. Navigate to the Support Staff page on the left pan.


      
      3. Click Add support staff member in the top right corner



      4. Check existing access – your support staff may have already been added by another broker in your office, you can check the ‘Existing Support Staff in Office’ list to see if they’ve already been given access and click add to my team.

      5. If they haven’t already got access, click add a new support staff member. You’ll then be prompted to provide the following details provided to you by Sherlok:
    1. First name
    2. Last name
    3. Date of birth
    4. Your new email address (*see step 1)
    5. Mobile number 



      6. Please check your support staff’s information as incorrect information will impact the onboarding process. Once you’ve checked this information, then click Continue

      7. Review and action the terms and conditions and acknowledge that you understand.

      8. Once acknowledged, your support staff member will shortly be added to your ‘Support Staff’ list in the Broker Portal. 

      9. Your support staff will receive an email from Macquarie with instructions on how Sherlok can access the Broker Portal.
