Downloading Settled Deals Export from MyCRM

This process helps you generate a detailed export of all settled deals over the past five years in MyCRM. By following the steps below, you'll be able to access comprehensive data on settlement volumes, ensuring all relevant deal information is captured for your reporting needs. Make sure to select all columns to ensure no data is missed in your export.

Follow these steps to download a Settled Deals export from MyCRM:

  1. Log in to MyCRM
    • Access MyCRM using your login credentials.
  2. Navigate to Reporting
    • From the left-hand menu, locate and select the Reporting menu.

  3. Open the Reports Module
    • Choose either New Reports or New Reports (Expiring).

    • Next, click on the Business Overview module from the report's menu.

  4. Select the Settlement Volumes Report
    • Choose the type of report you need.
    • Scroll to the Settlement Volumes section.
    • Locate the dropdown arrow beside Settlement Date and click on it.

  5. Filter by Settlement Date
    • From the dropdown, select Filter to open the date filter dialogue box.

    • Set a rolling date range for the last five (5) years (or longer, depending on your needs).
    • Click Apply to update the data.

  6. View Underlying Data
    • On the Settlement Volumes section, click the three horizontal dots on the right-hand side.
    • Select Show Underlying Data from the dropdown menu.

  7. Edit Columns
    • In the pop-up dialogue, select Edit Columns.

    • Tick the checkbox beside the two selected columns to include all data fields in the report.
    • Click Done to save the filters.

  8. Download as CSV
    • Click Download CSV to save the data to your device.
